All funds deposited into your jdunli88 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jdunli88 reserves the right to request proof of payment source at any time.

jdunli88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jdunli88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jdunli88.

jdunli88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jdunli88 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the jdunli88 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
